Quaint, great service, good break away from the busyness of the mainland
We stopped by Masset on our break away from the city, and we were glad we did! While the building is old, the hotel feel was quaint and spacious. Rooms were large, and our room was also spotless and clean. The free breakfast every morning was also great, as it meant we didn't have to worry about it getting up. Hot and fresh, and made to order which always makes it easier when travelling with family.
One thing that was a surprise was the great ocean views our room had. Our room had a large window, and it was great to wake up and see the ocean and have light coming in in the morning.

Amazing service and hospitality
Ended up bumping into friends on the island and ended up staying here without a reservations, hotel didn't have any room with 3 beds left. I told the owner I was happy to sleep in a chair or on the floor, as I am used to camping out. Went out to dinner and came back to find out the owner (Thomas) had made up a full bed on the floor of the room for me. Was such a kind and unexpected surprise.
The hotel has a great view out on the water, bedding and towels were lovely and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a room with a view.
